Business Finance Week is back for 2024 – supporting UK businesses to grow
The Business Finance Week campaign from the British Business Bank returns for 2024, and Let’s Do Business Finance are proud to take part again to promote available support and options to businesses looking to grow through finance. Running from 24 September – 3 October, the campaign will include both national and regional events taking place in person and online, and cover a range of topics to support new and start up businesses as well as established and growing firms.
Launched by the British Business Bank, the Business Finance Week campaign aims to spread awareness of the options available to businesses across the UK when it comes to utilising external finance to grow, and to signpost business owners to support available from both national and region organisations.
Covering a range of topics from business planning and preparing a Start Up business for finance to utilising finance for working capital, investment and more, the 2024 events lineup for Business Finance Week has something for businesses at every stage.
“With a host of free nationwide and regional in-person events, webinars and more, Business Finance Week helps smaller businesses learn about the different finance options available to them to support their individual needs”

According to the UK Network Intermediary Survey (Q3 2023/24), lack of awareness of finance options available to businesses remains the biggest barrier to demand and uptake in finance. With a third of SME’s expected to grow over the next 12 months (British Business Bank SME Finance Survey, Q3 2023/2024), there has never been a better time to spread awareness and to increase support available for businesses to grow.
